Dear business partners,
We would like to inform you of forthcoming organisational changes within our company, which will be gradually implemented with an anticipated completion date of 01/01/2017.
The essence of these changes is the transfer of activities in the field of research and development services (R&D) from the company AV ENGINEERING, a.s. to the new subsidiary, AV R&D, s.r.o., with the aim of exploiting the full development potential of these activities while also taking advantage of the synergies within the group of affiliated companies.
The new company will take over the full range of activities, intentions and know-how of AV ENGINEERING, a.s. in the provision of design and development services (business, trade and research and development) and will smoothly continue and fulfil existing business objectives within the AV ENGINEERING, a.s. group.
Employees of AV ENGINEERING, a.s. assigned to the division dealing with the provision of research and development services will be transferred to the new company AV R&D, s.r.o. The new company will be prepared to take over the performance of existing contracts in the area of research and development services under unchanged conditions and with unchanged deadlines. We will contact you in this regard shortly.
The current director of the R&D division of AV ENGINEERING, a.s., Mr. Jaroslav Malý, will take on the role of CEO of AV R&D, s.r.o.
