Equipment maintenance vs. Pandemic

In the period of COVID-19 pandemic AV R&D uses Vuforia Chalk application for remote access and for support during maintenance of testing equipment. Vuforia Chalk allow not only remote assistance for maintenance technician during error identification and error solving provided by internal expert, but also it provides automatic record of communication and possibility to play instruction later or use these as a maintenance entry.
