Development of the special test device AV037 for motorcycle testing.
Development of measurement methodology (sensors and test software), mechanical and electrical design. Calibration and certification of the test equipment in compliance with standards such as SAE J1241, ECE-R34, etc.
The project was carried out from the feasibility study phase, including the development of the measurement methodology, conceptual and detailed design of the mechanical and electrical systems, and preparation of manufacturing documentation. The project also included validation simulations and the creation of custom test software. Delivery and subsequent servicing of the test equipment were part of the project scope.
